The Way Home

While Aspen has long reigned among America's most luxurious outdoor retreats, nearby Carbondale maintains an understated charm that the jet set often overlooks. Yet after opening four buzzy Denver restaurant concepts, it's exactly that charm that has inspired restaurateur Kade Giannetti and his most recent project, The Way Home.

As a fifth-generation Carbondale local, Giannetti's newest project is a veritable homecoming. Joining forces with fellow Carbondale natives Lacey Hughes (Front of House) and Flip Wise (Executive Chef), The Way Home offers guests a 70-seat restaurant with a year-round sunroom, lounge, full bar, morning counter service, and two second-floor hotel suites.
