Lauren DeFilippo Jackson is an editorial + commercial photographer specializing in food, travel + hospitality in Denver, Colorado.

Originally from the East Coast, Lauren established herself as a restaurant and lifestyle photographer in New York City before relocating to Colorado in 2014. Since then, she has contributed to local publications including 5280 Magazine, Cherry Creek Lifestyle and Fellow Magazine. She also regularly provides food and travel coverage for Life & Thyme and Edible Denver.

That editorial storytelling also informs her design, branding and storytelling projects as the co-founder of Cognoscenti Creative—a full-service creative agency serving the needs of emerging artisans, startups and other small businesses.

When she’s not taking photos or designing logos, Lauren can be found adventuring in the mountains with her husband and pup, hosting a dinner party or tasting her way through Denver’s dining scene.
